Service Technician – Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• You will operate independently or collaborate with a team on electrical and control installations in various sectors, including food, chemicals, sustainable energy, manufacturing, water treatment, and drinking water production.

• Your role involves inspecting, testing, repairing, and commissioning systems with an emphasis on safety, precision, and a strong customer orientation.

• Your duties encompass:

• Commissioning motors, PLCs, and frequency inverters

• Conducting both preventive and corrective maintenance on-site

• Coordinating technical issues with clients, work preparers, and site managers

• Reading and revising technical drawings and documentation

• Assisting colleagues with larger projects

⛳️ Requirements

• An MBO diploma in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field

• Familiarity with industrial systems, specifically PLCs and frequency inverters

• Capability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Knowledge of NEN 1010 and NEN 3140 standards

• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English

• Must be eligible to obtain a Certificate of Good Conduct for Schiphol.
