Service Technician II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver on-site assistance to customers of Hobart Service

• Conduct installation and service for commercial food equipment

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical commercial food equipment

• Read and interpret schematic diagrams

• Perform preventative maintenance on both mechanical and electrical commercial food equipment

• Execute and uphold standard operating procedures as specified in Hobart Service safety manuals and programs

• Stay updated on the latest organizational, industry, and equipment knowledge

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED along with 2-4 years of experience in electrical and mechanical fields

• High school diploma or GED with 0-2 years of HVACR service experience and an EPA certification

• Vocational certificate in HVACR

• Associate’s degree or Vocational Certificate is preferred

• Preferred experience in installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial cooking and/or refrigeration equipment

• Industry certification is strongly preferred
