• Commission industrial boilers, heaters, burners, and associated equipment.

• Commission control systems.

• Conduct precise burner tuning to ensure optimal combustion efficiency and compliance with emissions standards.

• Troubleshoot PLC programming issues, addressing logic errors and control system integration.

• Diagnose and resolve wiring and electrical issues to guarantee safe and reliable operation of equipment.

• Travel extensively (80% of the time) across the U.S., with the capability to respond swiftly to urgent service requests.

• Provide remote troubleshooting support to customers over the phone, assisting them with technical challenges.

• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations at all job sites.

• Offer outstanding customer service, demonstrating professionalism and responsiveness both in person and over the phone.

• Over 5 years of experience in field service within the boiler, heater, or related industrial sectors.

• Proficiency in burner tuning, combustion optimization, and emissions control.

• Strong understanding of PLC programming, integration, and troubleshooting techniques.

• Ability to efficiently diagnose and rectify wiring and programming errors.

• Experience in the installation, construction, and commissioning of industrial heating systems.

• Willingness to travel 80% of the time with the ability to mobilize on short notice.

• Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring positive interactions with clients both onsite and remotely.
