This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.
• Execute daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual repairs, predictive maintenance, and preventative maintenance for industrial refrigeration systems (Ammonia/CO2/Freon) in a safe and timely manner while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Carry out routine and emergency maintenance and repair services on industrial refrigeration equipment, which includes compressors, condensers, pumps, motors, valves, as well as electrical troubleshooting, automation/controls, and alarm systems.
• Conduct repairs and seal replacements on various compressor brands.
• Implement preventative maintenance tasks such as compressor alignment and vibration analysis utilizing the latest technologies.
• Exhibit a comprehensive understanding and commitment to all workplace safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Operate independently or with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing Ammonia/CO2/Freon industrial refrigeration, as well as mechanical and electrical systems.
• Capable of reading and interpreting ammonia refrigeration manuals, documents, and schematics (P&ID’s).
• Possession of a valid Driver’s License.
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Effective time management skills with a demonstrated ability to adhere to deadlines.
• Physical Requirements: Must successfully pass a drug screening for employment. Must complete a physical examination and Respirator FIT Testing. Physically capable of climbing ladders, working at elevated heights, and lifting objects up to 50 lbs. Must be available for overtime and weekend work. Capable of enduring prolonged periods in various temperature environments.
