Service Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Execute all service support functions as well as upselling and selling service contracts to various locations.

• Provide warranty labor for Wascomat / Electrolux products.

• Offer support for installation and parts as necessary.

• Handle all service and parts inquiries in a customer support capacity.

• Organize and schedule service appointments for both the team and customers.

• Act as a project manager for laundromat projects when required, assisting the team.

• Conduct market canvassing and distribute promotional mailers.

• Promote the sale of Preventative Maintenance and Service Plans.

• Suggest improvements for service methods, equipment performance, and overall service quality.

• Analyze and resolve work-related issues or aid colleagues in troubleshooting work challenges.

• Keep accurate time and service records.

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the installation and repair of commercial equipment.

• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.

• Strong commitment to excellence and maintaining high standards.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to manage priorities and workflows efficiently.

• Adaptability, flexibility, and a readiness to work in an environment of changing priorities.

• Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision.

• Strong customer service skills.

• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

• Competence in comprehending and following both written and verbal instructions.

• Bilingual abilities are advantageous.

• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
