Service Scheduling Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Overseeing both inbound and outbound customer communications to organize and schedule work orders for routine maintenance and emergency services.

• Analyzing accounts in response to reported issues to schedule services as required.

• Monitoring and engaging in multiple active team chats.

• Proactively scheduling new service requests and managing open tickets to either resolve or schedule them.

• Assessing daily technician routes to guarantee efficiency, appropriate coverage, and precise appointment windows.

• Reviewing schedules in advance to ensure accurate confirmation notifications and modifying routes as new information becomes available.

• Collaborating with and providing support to branch operations teams, service technicians, and other internal departments.

• Discussing new products and services offered by the company.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or its equivalent.

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service and scheduling.

• Strong ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers.

• Proficient in both written and verbal communication; capable of engaging with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.

• Ability to make informed decisions and take responsibility for those decisions.

• Familiarity with company-specific monitoring center software for CRM and scheduling purposes.

• Willingness to become proficient in these business systems.

• Basic technical skills to comprehend and communicate necessary procedures to customers.

• Must complete ADC Technician Certification training within 90 days.

• Possession of state licenses and technical certifications as required to access customer accounts.
