This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Meet or surpass designated sales targets through disciplined execution of territory management, pipeline oversight, and precise forecasting.
• Create and implement a territory and account strategy aimed at enhancing contract attachments, renewals, and service revenue within the designated area.
• Proactively connect with customers through outbound calls, emails, and virtual or face-to-face meetings across pertinent organizational tiers.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of service offerings, such as service contracts, support plans, time and materials services, training, and compliance solutions to identify new revenue prospects.
• Oversee contract opportunities throughout the entire sales process, from qualification to negotiation and finalization.
• Ensure accurate and timely management of opportunity, pipeline, and forecast data within the CRM system.
• Utilize available data and insights to prioritize opportunities and concentrate efforts on activities that yield the highest return on investment.
• Grasp and relay competitive dynamics, customer requirements, and market trends within assigned accounts.
• Collaborate effectively with Field Service, Commercial Sales, Marketing, and internal partners to bolster account strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Assist in marketing and sales initiatives as assigned and complete necessary reporting and administrative duties promptly.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Prior sales experience is required; preference will be given to candidates with experience in service contract sales, account management, or aftermarket sales.
• Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets through proactive opportunity cultivation and disciplined execution.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a comfort level in phone-based selling.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a high degree of personal accountability.
• Capability to work autonomously in a remote setting while maintaining strong team connections.
• Proficiency in standard business tools (CRM systems, Microsoft Office or equivalent).
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% for customer meetings, sales events, and internal gatherings.
