This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee and expand service contract revenue within a designated territory.
• Act as the main account manager for service agreements related to flow cytometry instruments.
• Propel new contract acquisitions, renewals, and additional service opportunities.
• Report directly to the Senior Manager, U.S. Contract Sales, while closely collaborating with Field Service, Commercial Sales, and cross-functional teams.
• Meet or surpass assigned sales targets by executing disciplined territory strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and providing accurate forecasts.
• Create and implement a territory and account plan aimed at increasing contract attachment rates, renewals, and service revenue within the assigned area.
• Actively reach out to customers via outbound calls, emails, and virtual or in-person meetings across relevant organizational levels.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of service offerings to identify new revenue opportunities.
• Manage contract prospects through the entire sales cycle, from qualification to negotiation and closure.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates of opportunity, pipeline, and forecast data in the CRM system.
• Utilize available data and insights to prioritize opportunities and concentrate efforts on activities with the highest return on investment.
• Grasp and communicate competitive dynamics, customer needs, and market trends within assigned accounts.
• Collaborate effectively with Field Service, Commercial Sales, Marketing, and internal partners to enhance account strategies and customer satisfaction.
• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Previous sales experience is required, with a preference for backgrounds in service contract sales, account management, or aftermarket selling.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals through proactive opportunity development and disciplined execution.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, including confidence in phone-based selling.
• Strong organizational skills accompanied by a high level of personal accountability.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining robust team connectivity.
• Proficiency in standard business tools, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office or similar applications.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% for customer meetings, sales events, and internal meetings.
• Experience in selling service contracts, renewals, or recurring revenue solutions is preferred.
• Familiarity with life sciences, diagnostics, biomedical instrumentation, or field service environments is preferred.
