Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Accountable for delivering solutions to customers in fleet wash, surface treatment, and industrial sectors.

• Oversee a diverse portfolio of customers within a designated geographic area, utilizing various product lines.

• Offer assistance, information, and support to clients as needed.

• Ensure consistent service for DuBois equipment, including repair, replacements, installations, chemical testing, inventory management, and personalized value-added service.

• Document, report, and communicate findings effectively.

• Address customers’ technical issues and aid in process improvements.

• Collaborate with team members and other cross-functional support personnel.

• Accurately input all relevant data into Analytics or a similar data collection system.

• Travel to assigned customers to perform service audits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical, chemical, or industrial fields.

• Preferred mechanical aptitude in electrical systems and pipefitting.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to comprehend the products and services provided by the company.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Skilled in conducting technical/mechanical on-site evaluations.

• Capacity to adapt to varying customer requirements and situations.

• Ability to work autonomously with little supervision.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, and other analytical tools.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%, including overnight trips.
