Service Provider Sourcing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes for all new Internet Service Providers (ISPs)

• Take direct responsibility for addressing gaps within our network

• Establish and manage service provider profiles

• Employ Excel, provided reports, and various tools to handle and assess data

• Provide daily assistance to the Regional Service Manager (RSM)

• Keep records in databases and spreadsheets

• Actively engage in team meetings and share best practices

• Aid in service locating within their designated region

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or a higher educational qualification

• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office, particularly strong Excel skills

• Excellent multitasking abilities

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Outstanding verbal and written communication proficiency

• Advanced analytical and organizational capabilities

• Extensive experience with Microsoft applications and computer products
