Service Provider Sourcing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the proactive outbound recruitment initiatives for all new ISPs.

• Establish and nurture relationships with Service Providers through phone and email communication.

• Take charge of closing network gaps to minimize Locating and Buyouts.

• Create and manage service provider profiles in relation to Assurant systems.

• Leverage Excel, provided reports, and other tools to oversee and analyze data, as well as track recruitment metrics.

• Assist the Regional Service Manager (RSM) with daily tasks and responsibilities.

• Aid the RSM in the distribution and receipt of ISP agreements and rate modifications.

• Keep detailed notes in databases and spreadsheets.

• Actively engage in team meetings and share best practices.

• Provide assistance with service locating in the designated region.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or a higher qualification.

• Over 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office, particularly strong skills in Excel.

• Exceptional multitasking abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities.

• Advanced analytical and organizational skills.

• Proficient experience with Microsoft-based applications and computer products.
