This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of category performance metrics including revenue, patient volume, conversion rates (from landing to consultation, consultation to prescription), repeat/return rates, and margin at CM1, CM2, and CM3.
• Perform hands-on analysis utilizing self-serve BI tools to identify effective strategies and areas for improvement.
• Ensure the establishment of analytics infrastructure to comprehend category performance from start to finish; collaborate with the Data team to fill any gaps.
• Track performance against targets, proactively identifying underperformance with diagnoses and suggested actions.
• Maintain a dynamic plan of prioritized actions and experiments aimed at enhancing category performance.
• Serve as the internal specialist on market and competitive dynamics for assigned categories, focusing on patient segments, competitor offerings, pricing strategies, market trends, and regulatory changes.
• Keep comprehensive competitor tracking, being aware of their launches, winning strategies, and the factors driving their success.
• Convert market insights into actionable recommendations for Marketing, Clinical, Product, and Commercial leadership.
• Define the essential patient experience requirements to excel in each category, including journey flow, content, clinical pathways, messaging, and UX.
• Gather customer insights to understand patient needs, desires, and current experiences with Evaro as they relate to the relevant categories.
• Write or source copy for category pages and communications, prioritizing clarity and conversion effectiveness.
• Guide Clinical Specialists on category-specific clinical content to ensure clinical accuracy and patient understanding.
• Continuously identify, prioritize, and test enhancements to conversion and retention throughout the funnel.
• Verify that changes achieve the desired impact and iterate based on feedback.
• Identify and implement trading actions in collaboration with marketing, including promotions, seasonal strategies, AOV initiatives, category campaigns, and PPC tests.
• Propose pricing modifications to the CCO with sound reasoning and anticipated outcomes.
• Develop business cases for category investment (such as significant innovations) by quantifying opportunities and required resources; manage the creation and launch of these innovations when appropriate.
• Monitor campaign-specific metrics (e.g., AOV uplift from test kit attachment) and share insights for continual improvement.
• Impact the PxE roadmap by effectively communicating category requirements and patient outcomes, recognizing that Product controls platform and prioritization decisions.
• Elevate conflicts between category requirements and PxE capacity to the CCO when necessary.
• Collaborate with Operations to address capacity and fulfillment constraints impacting category performance, as well as identifying opportunities to enhance economics and outcomes.
• Work together with the Clinical team to ensure a robust evidence base and compliance for category propositions.
• Share insights with fellow Category Managers to foster collective knowledge growth.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, demonstrated through qualifications (e.g., A-level Maths, quantitative degree) and practical analysis experience.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets and BI tools; capable of conducting independent analysis and deriving actionable insights without dependence on analysts.
• Background in commercial, growth, or performance-driven roles with clear responsibility for metrics.
• Financially literate and able to quickly grasp in-depth market knowledge.
• Customer-centric mindset; proven ability to thoroughly understand customer/patient needs through qualitative and quantitative approaches (research, surveys, conversion analysis, NPS, user feedback).
• Strong understanding of digital UX; innate sense of what makes experiences clear and efficient.
• Exceptional written communication skills; capable of crafting clear, persuasive copy and articulating precise requirements.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrix environment; excellent project management skills and the ability to influence without formal authority.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity; capable of making decisions with incomplete information and adapting as new insights emerge.
