Service Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee service projects from implementation to warranty period

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and overall profitability

• Assist with startup, commissioning, and on-site troubleshooting

• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and field teams

• Manage change orders, subcontractors, and project documentation

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in managing HVAC or technical projects

• Strong experience in project management and customer interaction

• Capability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

• Comprehensive understanding of project financials, including profit and loss and cost tracking

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test and background check, if required
