Service Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee HVAC-centric service projects from initiation to warranty completion.

• Act as the main point of contact for customers following installation.

• Administer project schedules, budgets, and profitability.

• Assist with startup procedures, commissioning, and on-site troubleshooting.

• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and field teams.

• Manage change orders, subcontractors, and all relevant documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing HVAC or technical service projects.

• Strong skills in customer interaction and project leadership.

• Familiarity with project financials, including profit and loss statements and cost management.

• Capability to excel in a dynamic, field-oriented environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and background check, if applicable.
