• You enhance workshop workflows and processes, as well as the advisory services offered to our franchise partners.
• You provide support to our partners through training sessions and analyses, ensuring quality across our two-wheeler, three-wheeler, and cargo bike workshops.
• You play a key role in the implementation of new locations and assist partners in developing and establishing innovative workshop processes.
• You create and maintain training materials, presentations, checklists, manuals, and online learning courses.
• Ideally, you hold a master certification as a two-wheeler mechatronics technician or as a master two-wheeler mechanic.
• We also welcome career changers, such as (automotive) mechanics and (automotive) mechatronics technicians who have experience as bicycle mechanics or bicycle assemblers.
• You possess experience in assortment planning and serve as the liaison between the workshop and sales.
• You demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong level of self-motivation.
• You are prepared to support our partners on-site, with a travel requirement of approximately 60%.
• You enjoy building and sustaining collaborative partnerships.
