This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Drive the ongoing evolution of our service portfolio, taking into account the latest strategic directions, customer journeys, group guardrails, and compliance requirements;
• Assist in the transformation and simplification of the AZ Technology of America global service portfolio towards a functional, customer-focused, and integrated service structure;
• Aid in the establishment of Portfolio Intelligence to deliver key insights on the AZ Technology of America service portfolio based on the needs of selected stakeholder groups;
• Support the global SPM Network (including branch and IT function representatives) through streamlined communication and consultation on Service Portfolio Management inquiries;
• Collaborate with Service Managers to execute service design in alignment with business requirements and service design guidelines;
• Assess service design requests and advise Service Managers on the operational and commercial implications of various implementation options;
• Assist with management reporting and solution design inquiries related to Service Portfolio, Service Catalog, and Service Management;
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Pricing, IT Architects, and Legal teams to establish and maintain the process and prerequisites for launching new services;
• Coordinate with Service Management and Account Management teams to evaluate the level of effort and types of resources needed to successfully deliver service offerings.
• Proficient in English;
• Higher education degree or equivalent experience as an (IT) Project/Program Manager and/or Service (Delivery) Manager;
• Training and/or certification in process and project management, governance, and service management is desirable;
• Experience in international projects and/or consulting is preferred;
• Demonstrated ability to apply strategic, analytical, sustainable thinking, and problem-solving skills;
• Capable of performing tasks independently in non-standardized (constantly changing) work environments;
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities;
• Familiarity with existing process landscapes, standards, tools (e.g., ServiceNow), and organizational knowledge is desirable.
