Service Navigator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Responsible for guiding individuals with developmental disabilities and their families through a new California Policy known as Self Determination.

• Facilitate a person-centered planning process for individuals.

• Create personalized plans and assist clients in navigating the budgeting process.

• Advocate on their behalf with Regional Centers.

• Help customers identify customized support services, community resources, activities, and direct support personnel.

• Experience within the Developmental Disability Community is required (professional experience is preferred).

• Proven ability to manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously.

• Strong history of time management and delivering high-quality results under pressure.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.

• Enthusiasm and commitment to NeuroNav’s mission.

• Patient, non-judgmental, and sincere approach.

• Track record of successfully working with diverse, multi-functional teams.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.

• Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a private workspace to ensure client confidentiality.
