This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• This position involves direct interaction with customers in a networking operations setting.
• Oversee the overall well-being of designated customer accounts in the LATAM region.
• Accountable for establishing and nurturing a strong, trustworthy relationship with assigned customers.
• Enhance the value derived from the company's products and services portfolio.
• Initiate and oversee the post-sales engagement with customers.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
• 5 to 7 years of pertinent experience in Service Delivery, Services Management, Services Account Management, or Service Assurance.
• A service-oriented mindset coupled with a proactive approach is essential.
• Proven track record of taking ownership of service and support escalations along with planning for remediation.
• Proficiency in both Portuguese and English, with Spanish as an additional advantage.
• Familiarity with IP-based networks or software technologies, including core and edge routing, switching, data center networking, campus switching, internet security, and network management.
