Service Manager, IoT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• You are responsible for overseeing all customer-facing operational processes, ensuring effective service delivery and design for our clients.

• You manage Service Delivery performance at a tactical level in accordance with established SLAs and serve as the functional and hierarchical reporting line for your designated clients.

• You ensure the provision of high-quality service by managing 1NCE service providers in line with SLAs, while also nurturing relationships with partners and key accounts to facilitate seamless collaboration and strong operational performance.

• You define and continuously enhance service processes based on ITIL and the AWS Cloud Adoption Framework (AWS CAF).

• You contribute to the development and refinement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aimed at promoting service excellence.

• You are tasked with guiding the ongoing development of all 1NCE support tools pertinent to service processes, collaborating closely with our DevOps teams to ensure the tools fulfill operational requirements.

• You monitor service delivery, track adherence to agreed service levels, and prepare detailed service level reports.

• You also conduct regular review meetings with partners, key accounts, and service providers.

• You assist internal 1NCE teams in designing contractual and financial components in collaboration with partners and service providers, ensuring that operational and commercial needs are thoroughly aligned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational Background: You possess a degree in Informatics, Computer Science, or a closely related field, equipping you with a robust technical foundation for this position.

• Professional Experience & Framework Knowledge: You are knowledgeable about ITIL and/or the AWS Cloud Adoption Framework (AWS CAF) and have relevant experience as a Service Manager. A solid background in telecommunications is a significant advantage, although experience from an IT-focused background is also valuable.

• Conceptual & Analytical Strengths: You thrive in conceptual tasks and are eager to expand your passion for digital innovations, modern cloud service architectures, and agile methodologies. You can make accurate effort and requirement estimations and present complex technical solutions in a clear and comprehensible manner.

• Collaboration & Mindset: You work efficiently as part of a team, maintain a strong customer focus, and exhibit confidence and competence. Your hands-on mentality, combined with a collaborative and team-oriented approach, enables you to drive initiatives forward.

• Communication & Soft Skills: You communicate effectively, exhibit strong self-assertion when necessary, and maintain a professional demeanor with diverse stakeholders. You possess strong English language skills, with fluency at a C1 level in both speaking and writing.
