Service Manager – Google Workspace

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for managing projects and services throughout the entire customer journey.

• Serve as the primary liaison, coordinating intricate requirements between customers, Sales, internal technical teams, and external partners.

• Perform regular service evaluations, including monitoring SLAs and key performance indicators.

• Continuously enhance support frameworks, service processes, and managed services agreements.

• Proactively guide customers on best practices and strategically introduce new Workspace topics.

• Actively investigate emerging trends in the cloud sector and consistently share insights within the team.


⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant professional experience with a strong technical understanding of operating IT systems in the Google ecosystem.

• Hands-on experience in project management, preferably backed by certifications such as Scrum, Prince2, or ITIL.

• A methodical work style combined with a high degree of self-initiative and a desire to actively influence current processes.

• Strong service orientation in customer interactions and a cooperative team spirit for internal collaboration.

• Ability to act in a professional, confident, and solution-focused manner even in challenging situations.

• Proficient communication skills in both German and English for professional customer engagement.

• Willingness to support the resilience of our cloud operations by participating regularly in the on-call rotation.
