This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Full ownership of platform operations (Run), ensuring effective management and performance oversight of Accenture, aligned with established SLAs/OLAs.
• Develop and manage a community of service owners for each TAP customer, which includes setting up communication and decision-making frameworks.
• Implement and assess incident, problem, change, and release management processes for the entire platform.
• Guarantee service quality and operational stability.
• Handle escalations and maintain stakeholder communication.
• Drive continuous service enhancement through KPIs, reviews, and improvement initiatives.
• Multiple years of experience in IT service management (e.g., ITILv4).
• Proficient in managing external providers; preferably with experience in Accenture or similar system integrators.
• Strong business acumen; ideally with experience in the energy sector.
• Operational proficiency, effective communication, and decisiveness.
• Background in platform and operating models within an enterprise context.
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• 30 days of vacation.
