This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• Support Our Key Clients: Act as the primary contact for a select group of essential partners. Address escalations and assist in resolving their most challenging issues.
• Monitor Progress: Keep track of ongoing cases within our CRM and ensure nothing is overlooked. Intervene early if any situation requires attention.
• Maintain Communication: Provide regular updates to clients and reach out to confirm their satisfaction with the progress.
• Analyze Performance: Utilize tools such as Tableau and SQL to assess service metrics and generate reports.
• Advocate for Clients: Participate in client meetings, understand their requirements, and ensure their concerns are represented internally.
• Foster Teamwork: Work collaboratively with operations, support, and technical teams to enhance service quality.
• Language Proficiency: Advanced fluency in both English and Korean – you must be able to communicate effectively in both spoken and written forms.
• Tool Proficiency: Comfortable working with data and utilizing tools such as CRM systems and dashboards.
• Quick Learner: Ability to swiftly absorb new information and maintain a focus on achieving results.
• Multi-Tasking Skills: Able to manage several tasks simultaneously and handle pressure with composure.
• Empathetic Nature: A strong sense of empathy is crucial for this role.
• Experience in the Travel Industry: Background in travel-related fields such as concierge agencies, TMCs, DMCs, or tour operators is a plus! Experience in account or service management (B2B experience is an advantage!)
