This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Support Our Key Clients: Act as the primary contact for a select group of important partners. Manage escalations and assist in resolving their most complex issues.

• Monitor Progress: Oversee ongoing cases in our CRM to ensure nothing is overlooked. Intervene promptly if any issues require attention.

• Maintain Communication: Provide regular updates to clients and check in to ensure their satisfaction with our services.

• Performance Tracking: Utilize tools such as Tableau and SQL to assess service metrics and generate reports.

• Advocate for Clients: Participate in client meetings, understand their requirements, and ensure their perspectives are represented internally.

• Collaborate Effectively: Work alongside operations, support, and technical teams to enhance service quality.


⛳️ Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in both English and Japanese is required – fluency in speaking and writing is essential.

• Tool Proficiency: Comfortable utilizing data and tools such as CRM systems and dashboards.

• Quick Learning Ability: Capable of rapidly acquiring new information and maintaining a results-oriented focus.

• Multi-Tasking Skills: Able to manage several tasks simultaneously and handle stress effectively.

• Empathetic Nature: A strong sense of empathy is crucial.

• Experience in Travel Industry: Background in travel, concierge services, TMCs, DMCs, or tour operators is advantageous! Experience in account or service management (B2B experience is a plus!)
