Service Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Program portfolio using Asana and effectively communicate key KPIs.

• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Monitor the financial health of the Program in MSPO.

• Provide coaching to Project Managers.

• Manage the Program's document repository.

• Proven experience in developing and implementing Information Security initiatives.

• Strong understanding of security solutions.

• Demonstrated success in collaborative efforts.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation abilities.

• Aspirations for obtaining CISSP Certification.
