This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Offer guidance and leadership to the branch and individual service technicians.
• Deliver coaching and training on commercial food equipment, procedures, techniques, and customer interaction skills.
• Support and uphold all company policies and standards set by Hobart Service.
• Assist the District/Branch Manager in ensuring compliance with and monitoring these policies.
• Responsible for aiding in the leadership and management of assigned branch operations.
• Collaborate closely with other Branch operation staff (Dispatch, Parts, Administration) to achieve optimal Customer Satisfaction.
• High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; OR 1-3 years of relevant experience with a higher learning degree such as an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree.
• Prior management experience is mandatory.
• Familiarity with an Annual Operating Plan/Long Range Plan.
• Experience in managing a Profit & Loss statement, cost control, inventory management, and customer-facing metric management (KPI, etc.).
• Knowledge of service/products related to commercial food equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude is essential.
• Ability to comprehend and interpret safety guidelines pertinent to the business.
• Must be reliable, maintain good attendance, be punctual, and possess a positive attitude.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with individuals both within and outside the organization.
