This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Deliver process architectures that adhere to standards and align with IT and Business objectives.
• Collaborate with various architectural stakeholders within a project, including technology architects, business architects, information architects, or integration architects, to integrate their diverse requirements into a cohesive solution.
• Prepare solution alternatives for operational and transformational work methods, including Agile methodologies.
• Contribute to the formulation of the enterprise technology strategy.
• Share strategic information regarding enterprise standards, processes, and patterns with development teams.
• Foster synergies and encourage reuse across projects by simplifying complexity, utilizing enterprise tools, and maximizing existing investments.
• Provide a cross-project perspective to create advantages that transcend immediate project goals.
• Persuade development teams to recognize process compliance as a necessity for the organization's long-term benefit.
• Enhance understanding of process standards within the ITD organization.
• Promote a comprehensive understanding of overarching process objectives.
• Develop process solution blueprints that leverage existing enterprise services or architectures to the fullest.
• Participate actively in project planning.
• Guide and align delivery teams to ensure that work processes comply with higher-level policies and process architectures.
• Collaborate with Technology and Process Owners to guarantee that all process methods and models are fully integrated into tools and workflows.
• Work across IT to accommodate the needs of various stakeholders in enterprise technologies.
• Coordinate solutions among multiple stakeholders and teams to facilitate the implementation of enterprise-wide processes as endorsed by executive leadership.
• Develop or establish data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure proper collection, storage, maintenance, utilization, presentation, and delivery of data.
• Provide guidance to lead and report analysts, onboard new hires, assign tasks, and act as a data strategy advisor.
• Create and maintain data dictionaries, data modeling designs, solutions, and Business Intelligence architecture.
• Serve as Scrum team lead, assist in sprint planning activities, and manage the team backlog.
• Report on quarterly practice updates, define the practice roadmap, and lead Continual Service Improvement meetings.
• Act as Change Coordinator for the practice, managing related documentation and SharePoint resources.
• Conduct the practice CMMI Process Maturity Assessment and identify opportunities for process enhancement.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analyze datasets and reports to ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot reporting issues, and enhance data quality.
• Engage directly with clients to gather requirements and collaborate with team members to create new solutions.
• Plan and oversee the delivery of projects and tasks while implementing and maintaining processes, documentation, and standards.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business.
• Nine years of experience in the IT field.
• Three years of experience in designing and documenting process architecture and leading cross-functional teams in their implementation.
• Experience with large, complex engagements.
• Leadership experience in collaborating, providing direction, and taking initiative with team members.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills utilizing defined methodologies.
• Strong understanding of process frameworks and the ability to implement a framework through solution blueprints.
• Prior experience with process toolsets, capable of modeling enterprise capabilities and functions, business processes, and technology interdependencies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of process architecture concepts, best practices, standards, and industry trends.
• Ability to create diverse and engaging communication programs that connect with business and IT, management, and line staff, while promoting the role.
• Solid understanding of enterprise technologies, including one or more of the following: IT Infrastructure technology, service and support, customer service, or front-line service management.
