This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Provides multi-specialist solutions and skill services, which include configuring, installing, troubleshooting, networking, maintaining, and training within their area of expertise across a variety of products and services.
• Gathers, measures, records, processes, and analyzes intricate data, applying the results to enhance service improvement across the area.
• Actively seeks out opportunities for volume growth and product/process upgrades leading to an increased utilization of Ricoh equipment, supplies, and services.
• Assembles, adjusts, maintains, and shares knowledge on products according to specifications and relevant documentation or instructions, applying the same approach to equipment operations.
• Exhibits a high level of expertise in their designated area and may take on a team lead or coordinator role as required or directed.
• Delivers a comprehensive range of services, including customer training, equipment and workflow observation, and solution presentations aimed at improving methods.
• Understands and advocates for Ricoh's support functions and offerings, while anticipating and managing customer needs.
• Maintains professionalism in all customer interactions, fostering productive and professional relationships with both customers and Ricoh personnel, contributing to the overall success of the team.
• Upholds a full workload, ensuring compliance with appropriate response times, repair times, quality objectives, and cost control metrics.
• Efficiently executes all necessary workload management and call handling procedures, adhering to current field call management standards.
• Follows all company policies and completes administrative tasks accurately and promptly.
• Carries out assigned administrative duties, including maintaining required logs, processes, and reports.
• Achieves anticipated productivity levels in line with assigned workload and experience level.
• A high school diploma is required.
• Completion of courses and experience related to computers, electronics, mechanics, basic networking, and basic connectivity and printing software applications is preferred.
• A valid state driver’s license and the minimum level of auto insurance coverage as per Ricoh policy are necessary for positions that involve extensive personal car use for company business.
• Must meet the criteria outlined in the Technology Services Training Role Inventory and Certification Program for the assigned role as determined by the manager.
