This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee all facets of customer service and support for our clients.
• Independently diagnose and repair various high-speed cash-handling devices.
• Manage and track parts and tools effectively.
• Stay informed about updates in the technical and functional aspects of GLORY equipment.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Identify system issues and implement repairs.
• Keep customers updated on the status during maintenance or system downtime.
• Perform machine installations, implement Engineering Change Notices affecting system upgrades, and assist with Hardware/Software upgrades as required.

• Comply with safety policies and guidelines, complete necessary Environmental Health & Safety training, and promptly report any accidents at the job site (for injury or property damage).
• Currently enrolled in or have completed studies in electro-mechanics, electrical engineering, or possess equivalent work experience.
• Relevant certifications in fields such as mechanics, electronics, automation, or data processing are preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
• Proficient in using personal computers, particularly Microsoft Office, and adept at navigating network sites and email communication.
• Strong logical troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify issues at the PCB or component level.
• Capable of effectively interpreting electric schematics, logic diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Knowledge of AC/DC power distribution and digital/analog circuitry.
• Experience in repairing high-speed paper handling machines like check sorters, mail sorters, and currency sorters; experience with ATMs or copiers is a plus.
• Preferred 3-5 years of technical field service repair experience, such as in aviation, medical equipment, vending machine repair, or military repair.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• This role focuses on electro-mechanical repair, while some computer knowledge is necessary.
• A company van will be provided, and commuting from home daily to customer sites is required, making it essential to reside within a reasonable distance from the assigned territory.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods and frequently kneel, bend, squat, sit, and twist.
• Must be able to work at various customer locations, including financial institutions, casinos (gaming licensing may be required post-hire), truck stops, recreational parks, retail stores, etc.
• Availability to work weekends and/or holidays on a rotational basis to meet business needs.
• Must be available for an on-call rotation, typically once every 3 to 5 weeks, which may include evenings and weekends, and occasional 24/7 availability may be required.
• Must be able to travel to customer sites during working hours.
• Occasional travel outside the assigned territory, including air travel and overnight stays, may be necessary.
• Ability to accommodate limited accessibility at job sites.
• Must be capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
