Service Line Specialist – Revenue Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Execute professional and/or hospital billing and collection tasks.

• Manage secondary collections, cash postings, accounts receivable resolutions, adjustments, credit balance resolutions, revenue enhancement, and cash flow operations.

• Oversee a portfolio of accounts and adjudicate claims on a monthly basis.

• Implement revenue management strategies to ensure cost efficiency and organizational effectiveness.

• Coordinate activities with third-party payers and other revenue management functions.

• Communicate results related to billing, insurance follow-ups, cash flow, cash application, profitability, customer service, accounts receivable, and revenue management to leadership and senior management.

• Engage in a minimum of 60 hours of classroom training each year.

• Contribute to the development of strategic plans as needed.

• Create, execute, and manage quality initiatives aimed at continuous monitoring and process enhancement.

• Conduct departmental operations within established limits and meet operational efficiency, performance, and quality objectives.

• Analyze and report trends and issues to the supervisor and manager.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) (Required).

• Associate's Degree (Preferred).

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience (Required).

• Strong communication skills.

• Proficient computer literacy.

• Familiarity with the regulatory environment in financial services.

• Ability to work effectively in a team.

• Must fulfill all job-specific requirements and adhere to organizational policies and procedures.

• Not eligible for J-1 waiver.
