Service Line Leader – Advisory Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Delivers expertise in ensuring ongoing customer success and fostering growth in the post-sales customer journey through training, professional services, technical support, renewals, outcome achievement, retention, expansion, and customer advocacy with a focus on Digital.

• Manages and influences budgets and operational plans.

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams.

• Engages throughout the entire lifecycle of assigned projects, contributing to decisions regarding architecture, design, and functionality to keep programs aligned with budget, timeline, and customer expectations.

• Works closely with clients to understand their needs and formulate strategies customized to their organizations through site evaluations.

• Accountable for ensuring go-live readiness and support, as well as conducting post-live check-ins, requiring collaborative efforts with internal team members and clients to guarantee customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Services & Digital Implementation Services for roles outside the USA.

• Knowledge level equivalent to a Master's degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma with relevant experience.

• For positions in the USA: Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 6 years of experience in relevant Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.

• Proven ability to analyze and resolve issues.

• Demonstrated capacity to lead programs and projects.

• Proficient in documentation, planning, marketing, and executing programs.

• Established skills in project management.
