This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and advance the Danaher Business System (DBS) roadmap within NACO service.
• Propel ongoing improvements in P&L, CVD, and QDCI utilizing DBS tools.
• Provide and facilitate DBS training and coaching at all organizational levels.
• Lead and maintain kaizen execution, certification processes, and the development of DBS capabilities.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement DBS and AI-driven analytics solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or a related discipline with over 14 years of pertinent experience.
• Proven track record of applying DBS, Lean, or Growth methodologies.
• Established experience in training and coaching on DBS or Lean methodologies.
• Proficiency in utilizing data analysis tools, metrics, and performance management systems.
• Experience in a continuous improvement or DBS-oriented environment.
