This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Reach out to customers as their warranty period concludes to transition them into service maintenance agreements and cultivate long-term business relationships.
• Implement process enhancements within the service contract sector, focusing on timely renewals, warranty conversions, and the introduction of new service offerings.
• Manage the direct sales of service contracts, which includes pricing strategies and proposal preparation.
• Work closely with Service Management to pinpoint opportunities, generate leads, and broaden service agreements.
• Proven experience in a business-to-business (B2B) sales setting or a related field/industry (such as life sciences or biomedical).
• Previous experience in telemarketing/inside sales and customer service is advantageous.
• Proficiency in both German and English.
• Additional European languages (such as French or Italian) are considered a plus.
