This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Identify and onboard high-quality publishers within your designated region.
• Establish connections with publisher owners, monetization teams, ad operations teams, and programmatic decision-makers.
• Lead outbound prospecting efforts, discovery calls, partnership negotiations, and commercial discussions.
• Educate publishers on the benefits of our SSP, direct demand relationships, and monetization capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with account management, ad operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless integrations and successful launches.
• Oversee onboarding timelines and maintain partner communication throughout the integration process.
• Ensure accurate pipeline management and CRM tracking.
• Foster long-term publisher relationships centered on revenue performance and retention.
• Serve as a representative of the COOL company within your regional programmatic ecosystem.
• At least 1 year of experience in ad tech, SSPs, publisher monetization, programmatic advertising, ad exchanges, or publisher development.
• Established relationships within the publisher ecosystem of your assigned market.
• Experience in selling, onboarding, managing, or expanding publisher partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of publisher monetization and programmatic advertising.
• Capability to independently source and close publisher opportunities.
• Proficiency in English and the primary language of your assigned market.
