This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Create and implement strategic sales and territory plans to achieve and surpass quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Oversee a varied deal portfolio, ranging from rapid mid-market transactions to strategic enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate closely with dedicated BDRs to jointly develop territory plans and outbound strategies, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high-quality pipeline generation and conversion from meetings to opportunities.
• Assume complete responsibility for the entire closing process, including discovery, solution presentation, and procurement activities.
• Collaborate with technical stakeholders (Data Engineers, FinOps) and executives to pinpoint opportunities for expanding SELECT's market presence.
• Work alongside the Solution Engineering team to facilitate solution-oriented discussions that emphasize the platform's technical advantages.
• Design and implement a multi-channel outbound strategy, incorporating email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach to generate and cultivate your own sales opportunities.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in FinOps and data engineering to deliver customers high-value, insightful solutions.
• Lead and participate in team projects aimed at refining our sales playbooks and shaping the SELECT sales culture.
• Proficiency in English and one local language.
• Over 4 years of quota-carrying sales experience in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume transactional cycles in conjunction with complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
• Technical background with experience and a comprehensive understanding of data warehouses, cloud-native technologies, and data ecosystems.
• Strong self-discipline, accurate sales forecasting, and CRM management skills.
• A "roll up your sleeves" attitude that permeates both sales and business development activities.
• An entrepreneurial spirit characterized by independence, creativity, passion, and approachability.
• A self-organized, goal-driven, and self-motivated individual who is confident, meticulous, and persistent.
• Analytical, data-oriented, detail-focused, and capable of shifting perspective from the broader picture to the finer details.
• Ability to effectively adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing team environment.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
