IT Sales Representative, Appointment Setter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct a minimum of 100 calls to the target market each day.

• Engage with as many decision-makers as possible.

• Convey "Our Message" to every qualified prospect you connect with.

• Arrange at least 3 qualified appointments weekly, prioritizing Face-to-Face meetings, followed by Zoom meetings. Phone call appointments are not accepted.

• Develop and uphold a database of prospects.

• Monitor activities using HubSpot.

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.

• Evaluate prospects based on established criteria.

• Collaborate effectively as a team member.

• Directly schedule prospect meetings on the Outside Sales calendar.

• Provide updates on progress toward daily, weekly, and quarterly goals.


⛳️ Requirements

• **Experience in cold calling for B2B markets**

• **Fluent in American English as your primary language**

• Proven background in Sales

• High energy and enthusiasm

• Exceptional prospecting skills.

• Ability to quickly establish strong business relationships.

• Strong interpersonal skills, including telephony, communication, active listening, and customer care.

• Capability to multi-task and swiftly adapt to changing circumstances.

• Proficient computer skills.

• Typing skills for prompt and accurate entry of service request information.

• Self-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic understanding of sales processes and dynamics.

• Knowledgeable in lead generation techniques.

• Familiarity with MS Office, HubSpot, and phone systems.
