Service Forecast Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance forecasting, reconciliation, and analytical tools for the service sector and associated teams.

• Engage in daily communication with all business divisions via email and phone.

• Enter, analyze, and reconcile financial spreadsheets for different regions.

• Assist in the precise reconciliation of past, present, and future service revenue opportunities.

• Collaborate with field territories and facilitate audit results concerning business revenue accuracy.

• Examine discrepancies, process mistakes, and systemic IT or system-related issues.

• Evaluate financial reports, trends, risks, and opportunities; relay forecasting and performance-to-plan insights to territory and service leadership.

• Formulate strategies to enhance operational efficiencies, including backup support, workflow management, procedural, and performance enhancements.

• Cultivate and sustain productive working relationships with internal clients and partners.

• Initiate problem-solving measures and ensure follow-through to resolution.

• Organize weekly team meetings and regular business evaluations.

• Address escalated business issues and provide effective solutions.

• Communicate with subcontractors and FSO teams, overseeing business progress until completion.

• Distribute watch lists and updated information to the service team for external customer communication.


⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with Salesforce.

• Strong business acumen.

• Background in forecasting.

• Over 3 years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Forecasting Analyst, Planning Analyst, Sales Analyst, Operations Specialist, or Customer Service Specialist.

• Experience in report creation.

• Project management experience.

• Proficient in presenting and facilitating meetings with senior management.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is mandatory.

• Employer sponsorship for work permits is not available for this position.

• Travel Requirements: 10-25%.
