Service Engineer – Ultrasound

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Handle incoming customer calls

• Generate cases for customer inquiries and confirm contract eligibility

• Actively monitor systems for performance

• Schedule appointments for engineers when remote troubleshooting is not feasible

• Manage part orders and provide delivery updates

• Assist field engineers with technical expertise

• Recognize opportunities to enhance the customer experience

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant degree in Biomedical Science or Engineering

• Experience in the Medical Devices sector

• Background in maintaining and troubleshooting intricate systems in Ultrasound

• Excellent communication abilities

• Proficient IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft products
