This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Deliver installation assistance, maintenance, modifications, and/or repairs on 1-2 groups of mechanical, electro-mechanical, electronic, and/or refrigeration instruments.

• Accurately document and finalize service administration tasks promptly in accordance with ISO, FDA, and Leica guidelines.

• Communicate effectively with both internal team members and external clients within set timeframes to fulfill customer expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate's Degree with over 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent military background.

• Willingness to travel within the district—this role services Virginia and its neighboring areas.

• Travel commitment is between 70-90%, with potential overnight stays.

• Possession of a valid driver's license and compliance with fleet eligibility standards.

• Experience in troubleshooting and networking/IT system upgrades is a plus.

• Background in diagnosing and repairing medical devices is a plus.

• Experience in Field Service Engineering for electrical, mechanical, biomedical equipment, or scientific instruments is a plus.
