This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Serve as the first point of contact by assessing customer inquiries.
• Identify technical solutions for application issues, including the creation of scripts and queries.
• Escalate issues to higher support levels (2nd/3rd line) when necessary.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service through consistent and timely communication.
• Demonstrate exceptional prioritization skills for calls and tasks.
• Conduct product training sessions.
• Produce quality documentation and reporting.
• Proven experience in providing Application/Software Support, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Medical Informatics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Windows Server and client management/troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of SQL Server management/troubleshooting, including the capability to execute queries.
• Fundamental understanding of networking concepts.
• Basic familiarity with virtualization technologies.
• Ideally knowledgeable in HL7 and possess an understanding of Clinical/Hospital Patient Workflow.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Dependable, committed, and confident, with strong collaborative abilities across departments.
• Availability to work weekends and provide extended emergency support with 24/7 on-call readiness when required.
• Must possess a full driving license.
• Bilingual support in Spanish and English is required.
