This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Deliver both on-site and remote technical assistance for the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of field equipment and systems.
• Identify and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to ensure minimal downtime for clients.
• Work in conjunction with engineering, product, and support teams to provide technical solutions and enhancements.
• Record service activities, create comprehensive reports, and maintain precise records in line with company policies.
• Educate and guide clients and internal team members on system operation, upkeep, and best practices.
• Recognize opportunities for process improvement and actively participate in product feedback and continuous enhancement initiatives.
• A degree or equivalent qualification is required, along with typically 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Skilled in diagnosing and repairing complex electromechanical and/or IT systems.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities, demonstrated by a history of fostering client relationships.
• Capable of working independently and handling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with advanced diagnostic tools and remote support technologies.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance related to field service operations.
• MUST possess a valid Driver's License and Passport (international travel may be necessary).
