
Service Engineer – DXR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.
• Oversee incoming calls from clients
• Offer initial remote assessments for DXR devices
• Actively monitor systems to ensure zero downtime
• Elevate technical issues as necessary
• Assist field engineers with technical expertise during handover
• Relevant degree in engineering or a technical field
• Previous experience in maintaining and troubleshooting DXR systems or other intricate technical equipment is highly regarded
• Excellent communication abilities
• Proficient IT skills with experience in Microsoft products
• Capability to work effectively under pressure while paying attention to detail
