This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Deliver remote assistance through a combination of dedicated and helpdesk support.
• Diagnose and resolve intricate technical issues.
• Enhance customer satisfaction via exceptional service.
• Ensure that escalation matters are handled promptly.
• Provide second-line support to resellers and distributors.
• Collaborate with the Technical Account Manager and Product Manager.
• Conduct tests and simulations at the facility.
• Mentor new service engineers.
• Oversee daily tickets assigned on the SMC Service Portal.
• Experience in creating and presenting high-quality reports.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant experience in a similar position is necessary.
• Proficiency in English at a business level or higher.
• Valid driving license.
• Capability to perform physical tasks (installing servers and replacing parts may require lifting items).
