
Field Service Technician – Separation Equipment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Conduct routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on industrial centrifuges.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and process-related challenges.
• Offer onsite technical assistance and customer training.
• Ensure all tasks are performed safely and in accordance with company and customer standards.
• Update customers on job status, required parts, and recommendations.
• Produce precise service reports and maintain documentation.
• Follow up with customers post-service to verify correct operation.
• Engage in rotating on-call service support during evenings and weekends.
• Travel to customer locations throughout the Midwest.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical skills and experience with hand tools.
• Capability to troubleshoot and independently resolve issues.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency (for reports, emails, and documentation).
• Willingness to travel up to approximately 75% of the time.
• Availability for scheduled weekend and after-hours duty rotations.
