This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Conduct regular service inspections on various units throughout the site, documenting and reporting your observations to the field manager.
• Serve as the representative of the business, frequently updating clients on the work performed.
• Respond to unexpected breakdowns, collaborating with both passengers and the client to deliver a technical resolution to the issues.
• Carry out minor repairs.
• Possess an NVQ level 3 in lift service, maintenance, or repair.
• Have a valid driver's license and be within a one-hour commute of Northwest London.
• A minimum of 24 months of experience in the elevator industry.
• Strong skills in electricity and electrical engineering.
• A dedicated professional with safety as your foremost concern.
• Effective communication skills.
• Inquisitive, adaptable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Proficient in using electronic and digital tools.
