Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Perform scheduled maintenance on DN Solutions Machines and other equipment in line with our internal servicing protocols.

• Conduct regular customer visits to service and repair machines while fostering and sustaining strong relationships with all Mills CNC clients.

• Offer technical assistance to staff regarding the DN Solutions product line.

• Adhere to all health and safety regulations as per our stringent internal guidelines.

• Stay informed about the machine offerings from Mills CNC and participate in training for new control systems and machinery releases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess the right to work and reside in the UK.

• Hold an Engineering HNC and Modern Apprenticeship, or have equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a maintenance-oriented role (post-apprenticeship) with machine tool knowledge.

• Proficient in mechanical and electrical fitting skills.

• Familiarity with one or more of the following control systems: Fanuc, Siemens, or Heidenhain.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Competent in IT skills, including the use of PC, mobile devices, and email.
