Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Testing, installing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and performing preventive maintenance on inspection equipment.

• Providing training and advice to clients.

• Offering telephone support and guidance to customers.

• Executing service and calibration contracts.

• Connecting and installing inspection equipment on Ethernet networks.

• Installing registration software on networks.

• Acting as the contact person and representative of the company for clients.

• Working from home across the entire Netherlands.

• Reporting to the Service Manager Benelux.

⛳️ Requirements

• MBO+ (level 4) in Electronics / Automation / Electrical Engineering.

• Residing in the Apeldoorn – Harderwijk – Zwolle area.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.

• Possession of a valid driver's license B.

• Flexible attitude with no 9-to-5 mentality.

• Willingness to occasionally work on weekends.

• Experience in the food industry is a plus.

• Proficient in both Dutch and English.

• Basic computer knowledge, including Ethernet networks and the Office suite.

• Ability to work independently.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Problem-solving capabilities and result-oriented mindset.
