Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Test, install, commission, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on inspection equipment.

• Offer customer training and guidance.

• Provide telephone support and advice to customers.

• Carry out service and calibration contracts for metal detection, checkweighers, and X-ray inspection systems.

• Connect and install inspection equipment on Ethernet networks.

• Install registration software on networks.

• Act as the customer liaison and company representative.

• Report to the Service Manager for the Benelux region.

⛳️ Requirements

• MBO+ (level 4) in Electronics, Automation, or Electrical Engineering.

• Reside in the Apeldoorn – Harderwijk – Zwolle area.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

• Possession of a valid driver's license (Rijbewijs B).

• Willingness to work occasionally on weekends.

• Experience in the food industry is a plus.

• Proficient in both Dutch and English.

• Basic computer knowledge, including Ethernet networks and the Office suite.

• Ability to work independently.
