This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Meeting established sales objectives by cultivating, nurturing, and overseeing new business opportunities within the company's mining product range across the region.
• Marketing, selling, and promoting the full spectrum of services and products provided by the company in the mining sector.
• Showcasing the advantages of the company's product offerings to clients through on-site demonstrations at surface or underground mining locations.
• Ensuring that sales projections and budgetary goals are met.
• Overseeing both existing and new accounts, guaranteeing a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
• Drafting documentation and submissions for Tenders, Expressions of Interest, and Requests for Information.
• Representing the company at industry events and trade shows.
• A degree in technology or a Bachelor's degree in a mining or engineering discipline is strongly preferred.
• A background in technical sales with a proven successful track record is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience within the Mining industry is required.
• The ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to address various equipment and lubricant-related issues.
• An established network within the mining industry is preferred.
• A current and valid driver's license is required.
