Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on dust extraction, fume extraction, and filtration systems.

• Identify faults and implement corrective measures.

• Perform comprehensive examinations and testing of LEV systems in line with industry standards.

• Execute airflow measurements, static pressure tests, and system performance evaluations.

• Generate detailed technical reports and compliance documentation.

• Offer guidance to clients regarding remedial actions and system enhancements.

• Deliver technical support to customers and internal teams.

• Recognize and cultivate revenue opportunities within the existing customer base, including proactive upselling of maintenance programs and lifecycle extension services.

• Prepare and submit activity reports to Sales Management, ensuring clear visibility into progress, priorities, and significant developments.

• Represent the company at industry exhibitions and networking events to enhance brand presence within critical industrial sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• A recognized qualification in a Sales, Engineering, or Business-related field.

• Proven experience directly related to the specified duties and responsibilities.

• Experience in conducting fieldwork remotely and meeting deadlines.

• A demonstrated ability to perform site surveys, interpret technical drawings, and comprehend airflow/pressure dynamics.

• Experience with airflow testing and measurement equipment.

• A strong track record of building and maintaining customer relationships.

• Proven ability to share expertise and knowledge with others.

• Understanding or awareness of COSHH regulations and HSG258.

• Capability to efficiently manage multiple commercial opportunities and tasks.

• Essential: Full driving license.

• Essential: BOHS P601 (Thorough Examination and Testing of Local Exhaust Ventilation Systems).

• Essential: CSCS Card/CCNSG Passport to Safety.
