Service Development Director – Anti Fraud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development, enhancement, and management of services within the designated portfolio.

• Perform market analysis to uncover growth opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive advancements.

• Establish and implement product and service strategies that align with customer demands and business goals.

• Propel revenue growth, enhance profitability, and achieve annual budget targets for the portfolio.

• Create and validate business cases, service proposals, CAPEX requests, and strategic tender submissions.

• Collaborate with Sales and Market Development teams to formulate effective go-to-market strategies and facilitate commercial success.

• Guarantee consistent implementation and standardization of services worldwide through close cooperation with Operations and Standardization teams.

• Promote innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement while adhering to company policies and integrity standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, International Trade, Public Administration, Engineering, or a relevant field.

• Extensive experience in service development, product management, business development, or commercial leadership roles.

• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing profitable service portfolios.

• Strong expertise in developing business cases, strategic proposals, and investment justifications.

• Excellent comprehension of market analysis, competitive positioning, and service innovation.

• Experience in leading cross-functional and international teams within a matrix organization.

• In-depth knowledge of technology-enabled services and digital solutions.

• Proficiency in English and French.
